Lifesharing isn’t just a program—it’s an opportunity to share your household, your routines, and your family life with someone who will become part of it.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Lifesharing Provider, you are not only supporting someone’s daily needs—you are inviting them into your home as a valued family member. You will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide day-to-day care, including assistance with personal needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting if needed.</li>\n <li>Support and encourage participation in family activities, hobbies, and community outings.</li>\n <li>Facilitate medical appointments, prepare nutritious meals, and assist with feeding (if necessary).</li>\n <li>Maintain supervision, complete required documentation, and follow state regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a unique, rewarding opportunity to build a meaningful relationship while making your home a safe and supportive place for someone to grow and thrive.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an independently contracted Lifesharing provider, you must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualified candidates for these independent contractor opportunities must:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation</li>\n <li>Hold valid vehicle insurance and homeowners/rental insurance</li>\n <li>Pass a background check</li>\n <li>Must have access to a personal printer and scanner for this role</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Prior experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or autism is preferred, but NOT required.  </p>\n<p>Interested?
