    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Facilities &amp; Fleet Attendant to join our team at Astro Towing.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><br>Safety, well-being, and community support are at the core of everything we do. The Facilities &amp; Fleet Attendant supports the daily operations of our yard, compound, buildings, and fleet. This includes general maintenance tasks, providing various roadside assistance services, and supporting internal teams. </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">This position works predominantly outdoors, regardless of the weather. Success in this position requires a friendly demeanor, good communication skills, comfort with basic vehicle maintenance, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">While we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide general yard and compound maintenance and support such as:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collect and discard garbage and miscellaneous broken car parts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Weed control</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure laneways are clear and vehicles are orderly and accessible</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Move, reorganize, and relocate vehicles as necessary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collect unused and abandoned blocks throughout compound and return to storage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collect spill trays (berms), properly empty contents, wash, and return to storage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with lockouts, boosting batteries, and filling tires with air for vehicles in the compound as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare for next day’s tow-thrus and ensure all vehicles are accessible</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with escorting customers through the compound to access or pick up their vehicles when required</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide general shop maintenance and support such as:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Sweeping, picking up debris, and emptying garbage cans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain, order, and restock shop supplies as needed and requested</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with picking up parts for mechanics as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with inventory counts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain the secure bay and communicate with compound staff to ensure vehicles are removed in a timely manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain the wash bay, including ensuring adequate supplies are available</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide general fleet maintenance such as:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain the Emergency Response Trailer and ensure supplies are fully stocked and organized, and replenished as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure the dump trailer is emptied after use and ready to be used again</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with cleaning and detailing various company vehicles</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide general building maintenance such as:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Replace burnt out light bulbs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Correspond with repair technicians for building maintenance</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide general snow maintenance during winter months such as:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Clear snow from parking lots, sidewalks, and compound rows both manually and with a skid steer</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Organizing and arranging for snow pile removal</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide roadside assistance support when needed, such as boosting batteries, replacing batteries, filling tires with air, changing tires, and performing lockouts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide traffic control services when needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of company equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
