If you’re passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee and enforce <strong>Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)</strong> procedures across the job site</li>\n <li>Support and monitor <strong>electrical safety compliance</strong>, including coordination with trades</li>\n <li>Conduct daily safety audits, inspections, and field observations</li>\n <li>Lead safety meetings and provide guidance on proper energy isolation practices</li>\n <li>Review and verify LOTO plans, permits, and documentation</li>\n <li>Work closely with contractors and site leadership to ensure safe execution of work</li>\n <li>Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>OSHA 30 (Construction) required</li>\n <li>Strong experience with <strong>LOTO programs in construction or industrial environments</strong></li>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>NFPA 70E</strong> and electrical safety standards</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with multiple trades</li>\n <li>Additional certifications (OSHA 510, NFPA 70E training, etc.) are a plus</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written skills</li>\n <li><p>Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
