This is a fast paced and physically demanding position. The production support position is responsible for assisting the bulk automation production department in a variety of ways: wrapping pallets, staging finished goods, and assisting with janitorial and sanitation efforts. This position must maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to co-workers and fellow team members.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applications are accepted by the date below, which may be updated if the hiring timeline is extended.</p>\n<p>06/10/2026</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Palletize and wrap finished product</li>\n <li>Label pallets of finished product</li>\n <li>Pull pallets of finished product from production area to warehouse staging area</li>\n <li>Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and free of debris</li>\n <li>Provide Machine Operators with all materials and supplies needed for packaging</li>\n <li>Perform all tasks in a manner that promotes safety</li>\n <li>Assist in other warehouse tasks such as inventory, housekeeping, and warehouse organization</li>\n <li>May be assigned to other warehouse duties as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Although this is a general outline of job responsibilities all employees are expected to be ''hands on'' and do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the company thrive.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School degree or equivalent is required 2-5 years of warehouse experience required</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in food production preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and concisely</li>\n <li>Has good attention to detail; accuracy and thoroughness is a must</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills required Manual pallet jack and electric pallet jack experience preferred</li>\n <li>Forklift certification a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to work with others in a fast-paced team environment</li>\n <li>Flexibility with working hours to accommodate warehouse needs</li>\n <li>Must be reliable and on time every day</li>\n <li>Able to work in seasonally warm or cool environment</li>\n <li>Able to assist in other departments as needed</li>\n <li>Exposure to 5s and Lean manufacturing methodologies preferred</li>\n <li>Must have current Colorado Driver's License</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have the ability to lift and pull 70 lbs, repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs. Must be able walk upstairs while carrying heavy load</li>\n <li>Requires the use of both arms and both hands with full range of motion</li>\n <li>Must be able to bend at the waist and knees, twist, push and pull on a frequent basis</li>\n <li>Must be able to kneel, squat, and climb as needed</li>\n <li>Must be able to reach overhead and away from the body</li>\n <li>Must be able to walk and stand for at least 90% of the time</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This job description is not an employment contract.
