          "text": "<p>The&#xa0;Support&#xa0;Tech&#xa0;will&#xa0;be responsible for&#xa0;supporting the Blast and Brake Forming areas. This role&#xa0;will&#xa0;provide safe and&#xa0;timely&#xa0;movement, storage, and organization of materials throughout the production&#xa0;floor to support maximized efficiency and reduce downtime for machine operators. This role requires&#xa0;a&#xa0;safety-first&#xa0;mindset, with strict adherence to all safety protocols and a proactive approach to&#xa0;maintaining&#xa0;a&#xa0;clean,&#xa0;organized, and hazard-free work environment. The Support Technician&#xa0;demonstrates&#xa0;strong&#xa0;ownership&#xa0;mentality, taking full responsibility for their work area,&#xa0;anticipating&#xa0;team needs, and contributing to continuous&#xa0;improvement and overall production flow.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday - Friday 2:30pm to 12am | Occasional Saturdays&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Accountabilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver raw materials and components to Blast and Brake forming operators as needed&#xa0;</li><li>Remove finished or processed materials from workstations and&#xa0;relocate&#xa0;to the&#xa0;appropriate areas&#xa0;</li><li>Transport work sections between staging areas and active workstations&#xa0;</li><li>Organize and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;staging areas with clear job number identification&#xa0;</li><li>Clean and clear workstations of debris, preparing them for the next cycle or process&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to read and understand work orders, production tags, labels, and basic schematics&#xa0;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned&#xa0;</li></ul>",

The position requires standing for extended periods, working around machinery, and adherence to all safety and compliance standards.&#xa0;</li><li>Mobility: Ability to move around the manufacturing plant, including walking, standing, and climbing stairs.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Manual Dexterity: Occasional use of hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Lifting: Ability to lift and carry items up to&#xa0;fifty&#xa0;(50) pounds.
