Our counseling team provides compassionate, high-quality counseling and therapy to patients that are seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Role as Clinical Supervisor:</strong></p>\n<p>The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a clinical team in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) environment. You will maintain standards of professional counseling practice in accordance with clinic policies and procedures. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for directing care of patients, facilitating work flows, and serves as a resource for staff and providing team leadership.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing supervision of the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment.</li>\n <li>Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Monitoring counselor’s compliance with productivity requirements and developing improvement plans when requirements are not met.</li>\n <li>Making staff assignments and creating schedules; updating support staff when changes are made.</li>\n <li>Conducting patient treatment plan reviews as needed.</li>\n <li>Performing chart audits and communicates results of audits to staff.</li>\n <li>Assisting with the recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.</li>\n <li>Involvement in crisis intervention and working as a liaison within community as needed.</li>\n <li>Ensuring ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Education & Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s Degree in behavioral or related field and 2 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Experience & Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use/addiction counseling experience is required</li>\n <li>Minimum 1 year full-time equivalent of clinical experience in a supervisory role is required</li>\n <li><p>Leadership experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings, including outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities.</p></li>\n <li><p>In-depth knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and practices, including the use of methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff in the delivery of individual and group counseling services for individuals with substance use disorders.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong understanding of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention, with the ability to train and guide staff in their implementation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Oversight of clinical documentation practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in accordance with state and federal guidelines.</p></li>\n <li><p>Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards, including 42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, and Joint Commission requirements, with a focus on maintaining audit readiness.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proven success in fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers, case managers, and peer support staff, to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Licenses/Certifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Must have one of the following (active) in the state of North Carolina: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>LCAS or LCAS-A (obtained through NCSAPPB)</li>\n <li>CCS (obtained through NCSAPPB) </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual’s characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>AHCTC</p>\n<p>#LI-CTC</p>\n<p>#LI-JW1</p>",
