Leadership</strong></h4><p>&bull; Oversee daily operations and service delivery of the wraparound program<br>&bull; Supervise, train, and support staff, including performance evaluations and professional development<br>&bull; Recruit, hire, and onboard program staff<br>&bull; Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and agency policies<br>&bull; Monitor program expenditures and maintain fiscal responsibility within contract allocations<br>&bull; Facilitate referrals, enrollments, and discharges in accordance with regulations<br>&bull; Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning processes<br>&bull; Ensure high standards of care with a focus on health, safety, and risk management<br>&bull; Oversee clinical documentation systems and service note accuracy<br>&bull; Collaborate with referral sources, families, and community providers<br>&bull; Participate in on‑call rotation as assigned<br>&bull; Ensure proper implementation of MAP (Medication Administration Program) policies</p><h4><strong>Recovery-Oriented Care</strong></h4><p>&bull; Promote recovery principles that support independence, wellness, and self‑determination<br>&bull; Empower persons served to actively participate in treatment planning and decision-making<br>&bull; Foster a culture of hope, skill-building, and goal achievement<br>&bull; Ensure use of evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives</p><h4><strong>Positive Behavior Supports (PBS)</strong></h4><p>&bull; Develop, implement, and oversee behavioral support plans<br>&bull; Train and mentor staff in PBS strategies and interventions<br>&bull; Provide clinical supervision and guidance during crisis situations<br>&bull; Monitor and evaluate targeted and intensive behavioral support plans<br>&bull; Anticipate and manage clinical risk, ensuring appropriate interventions<br>&bull; Coordinate psychiatric admissions and higher levels of care when needed<br>&bull; Participate in Universal, Targeted, and Intensive Support meetings<br>&bull; Participate in Human Rights and Risk meetings as required</p><hr><h3><strong>What You Bring:</strong></h3><h4><strong>Education &amp; Licensure:</strong></h4><p>&bull; Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LICSW, or higher) required<br>&bull; Licensed in Massachusetts</p><h4><strong>Experience:</strong></h4><p>&bull; Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with autism and/or severe mental illness<br>&bull; Expertise in Positive Behavior Supports required<br>&bull; Strong leadership and supervisory experience preferred</p><h4><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></h4><p>&bull; Ability to work independently with a high level of clinical and operational competence<br>&bull; Strong communication skills (written and verbal)<br>&bull; Ability to collaborate with families, providers, and funding agencies<br>&bull; Strong documentation, organizational, and critical thinking skills<br>&bull;
