    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Job Summary</span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">A hospitalist is a licensed physician who cares for hospitalized patients.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Reports To</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Hospitalists report to the Chief Operating Officer of Bloomington Medical Services (BMS) for administrative oversight, and to the Medical Director(s) of BMS&rsquo;s Hospitalist program for clinical oversight.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> MD or DO</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> Ohio medical license</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"> U.S. Citizen, H1-B visa, or permanent residency</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Essential duties</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">As inpatient physicians, hospitalists admit patients to the hospital; conduct physical examinations; provide diagnoses, evaluation and management services, and test result analysis; refer patients to medical/surgical specialists for specialized treatment as needed, and providevarious medical services and treatments as necessitated by individual patient circumstances.A hospitalist&rsquo;s professional medical services include preparing admitting notes with an assessment and plan; review and completion of progress notes; performing procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and ventilator management; dictating discharge summaries,and attending medical conferences.</span></p></div>\n",
