    "description_html": "<p>A Southland Holdings company is currently accepting resumes for <b>Construction General Laborer</b> for our large heavy civil project located in <b>Tampa, FL</b>.</p><ul><li>Construction experience in underground utility, heavy highway, bridges, dirt work, and/or welding, etc.</li><li>Trenchless experience working around specialized equipment such as Tunnel Boring, Guided Boring and/or Auger Boring Systems</li><li>Heavy equipment experience preferred, loading/unloading materials, excavating soil, operating and maintaining excavators, backhoes, skidsteers, bucket loaders, and/or forklifts, etc.</li><li>Jobsite set up experience interpreting plans and specifications, using surveying equipment to calculate grade and alignment.</li><li>Essential duties include climbing ladders into and out of earthen pits/trenches, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping, squatting, lifting and climbing, full range of motion and use of arms and legs.</li><li>Must work in all weather conditions, be prepared for both extreme hot/cold.</li><li>Must be able to work independently, maintain good schedule, available for OT.</li><li>Must have basic knowledge of heavy civil construction.</li><li>Successful applicants must have a valid driver's license (Class A CDL w/ Tanker Endorsement preferred) and past a DOT physical, drug test and background checks.</li></ul><p>All qualified applicants please apply online or at our office! </p><p><strong>Office Location:<br>5411 W Tyson Ave.<br>Tampa, FL 33611</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Full-Time employee benefits – Competitive pay, Health/Dental/Vision, 401K Match.
