    "description": "<p>Job Responsibilities and Duties:</p>\n<p>PRIMARY:</p>\n<p>● Ensure a great customer experience by performing the shops Quality Control Inspection process.</p>\n<p><span>● Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks, including suspension work, tire service, alignments, brake service, general fluid services and auto estimating.</span><br><span>●Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.</span><br><span>● Utilize mechanical knowledge and expertise to efficiently complete service requests.</span><br><span>●Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of work.</span><br><span>●Adhere to dealership standards and guidelines for quality and safety.</span></p>\n<p>SECONDARY:</p>\n<p>● Driving Company van to pick up parts and shuttle customers as needed.</p>\n<p>● Completing Specific Services and Repairs on customer’s vehicles with excellence and precision as directed by Shop Foreman or Manager to assist with service levels.</p>\n<p>● Basic knowledge of passenger automobiles in order to identify components in engine compartment and undercarriage for the purpose of checking repairs.</p>\n<p>● Skilled in in basic automotive repair skills such as how to change a tire, or how to change oil.</p>\n<p>● Ability to get into and out of a vehicle without assistance, including ability to operate/drive a vehicle.</p>\n<p>● Must possess a valid US Driver's License and ability to drive with passengers.</p>\n<p>● Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance.</p>\n<p>● Ability to perform physical maneuvers for various tasks in the shop, such as sweeping, pushing a floor cleaning machine, reaching high and low with hands/arms, and other full body movements as needed to complete job.</p>\n<p>● Skilled and able to interact with customers in a professional manner for the purpose of answering general customer questions in person and completing shuttle rides.</p>\n<p>● Skilled and able to read/write english on a computer and on paper.</p>\n<p>● Skilled and able to perform basic counting and math.</p>\n<p>● Ability to perform major and fine motor skill movements in the process of using various tools and techniques for the purpose of repairing and servicing vehicles</p>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n<p>Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Additional Compensation:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Store Discounts</li>\n<li>Scanner and updates provided by RPM</li>\n<li>No Weekends</li>\n<li>Vacation Pay</li>\n<li>Holiday Pay</li>\n<li>Health Benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Work Location:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>One location</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mechanic experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Typical start time:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>8AM</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Typical end time:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>5:30PM</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Vehicle Type:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cars and light trucks</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Shop Type:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Independent</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This Company Describes Its Culture as:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused</li>\n<li>Stable -- traditional, stable, strong processes</li>\n<li>People-oriented -- supportive and fairness-focused</li>\n<li>Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Other Duties:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Read manufacturer's drawings and manuals</li>\n<li>Basic computer and internet literacy</li>\n<li>Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools</li>\n<li>Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.)</li>\n<li>Drive manual transmission vehicles</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n<p>Pay: From $80,000.00 per year</p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>401(k)</li>\n<li>Employee discount</li>\n<li>Health insurance</li>\n<li>Paid training</li>\n<li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Schedule:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ability to Relocate:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Irwindale, CA 91706: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Work Location: In person</p>",
