We participate in E-Verify / Participamos en E-Verify</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct and oversee all aspects of hourly employee training, including but not limited to orientation, initial training, tastings, informational seminars, ongoing development of employees, etc.</li>\n <li>Review, maintain and update hourly employee training and reference materials </li>\n <li>Observe, maintain and update systems when needed and communicate observations with management and partners </li>\n <li>Attend management meetings and informational seminars as applicable</li>\n <li>Achieve and maintain level of excellence in all functions outlined in hourly team job descriptions </li>\n <li>Assist GM and designated managers/chefs as directed to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all hourly employees as needed</li>\n <li>Use online applicant tracking system (ATS) and teach ATS functions to managers as needed </li>\n <li>Assist with execution and organization of GHS, food handlers compliance, and alcohol awareness training </li>\n <li>Model and promote teamwork across all teams</li>\n <li>Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy</li>\n <li>Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed</li>\n <li>Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of trainer experience in a full-service restaurant </li>\n <li>Skilled in leading and developing teams</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Range</h2>USD $60,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.",
