The Production Supervisor will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:</strong></p><ul><li>Plans and coordinates work, trains, motivates, monitors, and evaluates performance of Production; ensures their ability to safely operate equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations.</li><li>Counsels, records, and disciplines, as necessary.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Develops their team to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops and recommends budget requirements for the Production Department. Anticipate and request funding for future personnel requirements.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>EHS REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company’s TRIR goals</li><li>Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company’s environmental performance goals</li><li>Complete, and actively participate in all the company’s KPA training requirements</li><li>Lead by example.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
