Your mission and impact As a Senior  Project Lead you will lead our most complex, multi-component, multi-country studies, serving as a subject matter expert. Your value to the projects lies in your critical thinking and ability to translate high-level, often vague project scope into robust and operationally sound project plans & deliverables. This is not traditional task-tracking, but high-autonomy and consultative on specialised or new services. You will navigate the increased variables and technical and operational dependencies that come with complex studies, operating with minimal oversight. Please note that this is a strategic position focused on project delivery and does not include direct people management. You will act as the pivotal bridge and consultant to the customer, taking ownership of the end-to-end delivery from ensuring internal project cohesion to leveraging your risk expertise to confidently articulate challenges and guide external stakeholders to the best possible solution. You give and receive direct, data-driven feedback, even when it’s uncomfortable What you’ll bring Proven expertise in managing highly complex projects within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for clinical software Strong understanding of EDC/CDMS, eConsent and eCOA solutions, services and operational strategies Experience with eCOA services scale licensing, translations, device provisioning, Helpdesk and data management Strong experience of using project tools such as Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project (or equivalent) Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and industry trends to guide project strategy Comprehensive knowledge of clinical study operations, ensuring technical solutions align with site workflows, patient centricity, and study-specific operational requirements Direct experience or foundational understanding of Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies, including the unique data capture and longitudinal tracking needs of late-phase research Accepting candidates +2/-2 CET.
