Description

Our client within the automotive industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven Service & Spare Parts Sales Executive to join their aftersales team. The role is responsible for promoting and selling spare parts and service packages, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a solid background in aftersales, strong technical understanding of automotive or machinery parts, and a proven ability to meet sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Promote and sell spare parts and service solutions to both existing and new customers. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction through consistent engagement and support. Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth within the aftersales department. Coordinate with service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities to expand the customer base. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in spare parts and service sales, preferably within the automotive or machinery industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good technical understanding of automotive or machinery parts. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently. Customer-focused, results-driven, and highly motivated. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
