font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Position Title:</strong> Shift Lead, Recovery Residential<br>Heritage has two full-time Shift Lead positions available within our <strong>Recovery Residential Services program</strong>, which includes the Crisis Stabilization Unit and the Substance Use Residential Rehabilitation Unit.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Shift Leads provide leadership presence and support throughout the unit, ensuring continuity of care, adherence to protocols, and delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented services in a residential setting.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Serve as an on-the-job resource for administrative and clinical operations</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Maintain consistent presence on the unit throughout the shift</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Act as Lead Back-Up for medication availability (primary for weekend and bedtime meds)</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Review round sheets for compliance</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Ensure admissions follow established protocols</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
