These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">More specifically, the employee owner will:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Apply different types of cold bond lagging.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify and appropriately apply various rubber compounds.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Wrap pulleys and then safely and properly load, close, and operate the autoclave. Load and unload parts and components onto carts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keep record of pulleys, lagging weight, and transfer locations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lay out grooves for patterns including but not limited to herringbone, diamond, and chevron; cut grooves at proper depth and angle.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Saw craft lag and retainers for installation on drum pulleys.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Saw fast lag and FLF for installation on wing pulleys.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Install craft lag and retainers on pulleys using required welding standards for installation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Keep supervisor informed of any known materials that should be ordered.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure all parts and components are accurate according to specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform general housekeeping and maintenance on equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments in the work area.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Regular, consistent attendance.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
