This leader will have deep expertise in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">fintech and crypto payments</span>, with a proven track record in launching and managing regulated financial services.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Regulatory &amp; Licensing Leadership</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Secure all necessary licenses (including GMC Financial Services License) ) for operating a Web3 payment business in GMC.</span></li>\n<li><span>Navigate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">GFSO</span> requirements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Setup &amp; Operations</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Establish legal entities, banking relationships, and local partnerships.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop go-to-market strategies for crypto/fiat payment solutions in GMC.</span></li>\n<li><span>Hire and lead local teams (compliance, business development, tech).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Growth &amp; Partnerships</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Build relationships with banks, fintechs, crypto exchanges, and merchants.</span></li>\n<li><span>Drive customer acquisition (B2B &amp; B2C) and revenue growth.</span></li>\n<li><span>Represent the company at industry events and with regulators.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Risk &amp; Compliance</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Implement robust <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KYC/AML</span> policies aligned with GMC law.</span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor regulatory changes affecting crypto/fintech in GMC.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-7 years in fintech, payments, or crypto, with 2+ years in a senior leadership role (C-Suite, Director or Regulatory Lead).</li>\n<li>Deep knowledge of ADGM financial regulations and experience securing licenses.</li>\n<li>Strong network in banking, fintech, and crypto ecosystems.</li>\n<li>Experience launchingpayment processors, digital wallets, or crypto exchanges .</li>\n<li>Fluent in English.</li>\n<li>Passion forWeb3, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi).</li>\n</ul>",
