This is your chance to join our team - help us to design, inspect, construct, and maintain the infrastructure that improves the world!</strong></p><p>We have an immediate opening for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team in our Austin, TX location.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have experience as a Manager on small to large interstate construction projects: &nbsp;$30M to $300M range</li><li>Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering required</li><li>Must be a registered PE (TX) and/or a certified CCM</li><li>Must have Construction Scheduling experience using Primavera P6. Certification as a Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is a plus.</li><li>Experience with various DOT construction software and project controls software- e.g. TXDOT Inspection and Materials Management System (I2MS), ProjectWise, SharePoint, Primavera Unifier, Autodesk Build, SiteManager, etc.</li><li>Excellent Communication Skills required for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients</li><li>Demonstrated Experience providing Construction Management Services to transportation agencies for large, complex construction contracts.</li><li>Demonstrated Experience as a Fulltime Project/Construction Manager/Area Construction Manager including the following:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>On-Site Construction Management &amp; Supervision of field personnel including Resident Engineers and Construction Inspectors</li><li>Familiarity with local construction software applications</li><li>Contract Change Order &amp; Claims Negotiations</li><li>Client Relationship Maintenance</li><li>Construction Management and Inspection (CMI) Team Building &amp; Training</li><li>Partnering &amp; Negotiating Expertise</li></ul></li><li>Excellent Technical Writing Skills required for preparing:<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Client Communication between Client and Contractor</li><li>Change Order analyses, rebuttals, approvals, and technical write-ups/independent cost estimates (IGE)</li><li>Monthly progress updates to Client/Owner</li><li>Construction Schedule Updates</li><li>Quality Control/Quality Assurance Updates</li><li>Construction Budget Reports</li><li>Technical Proposals &amp; Interviews</li><li>Design and Design Change Coordination</li><li>Meeting Agendas and Minutes</li></ul></li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Physical Requirements (Essential Functions):</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position requires the ability to perform a variety of physical tasks in the field as part of the essential job functions.
