In this role, you will work as part of a dynamic and diverse team advising and assisting utility clients on large and complex projects. We are looking for experienced consultants to lead and further expand our services to utilities in California and elsewhere in the US.  </p>\n<h2>You will be responsible for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Growing our utility consulting business with a particular focus on expanding and managing client relationships</li>\n <li>Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities and promoting Exponent’s service offerings</li>\n <li>Serving as main liaison between clients and Exponent</li>\n <li>Managing performance of Exponent’s team and quality of our services and deliverables</li>\n <li>Advising and assisting utility clients in areas of construction advisory, including but not limited to portfolio, program, and project management; project controls and scheduling; process improvements; risk and performance management; data analytics and information management; change management; and dispute avoidance</li>\n <li>Recruiting, developing, and mentoring staff in the areas of utility advisory consulting</li>\n <li>Promoting Exponent's expertise in utility advisory by meeting with potential clients, presenting at conferences, writing thought leadership articles and white papers, and conducting seminars</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You will have the following skills and qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other relevant field. Exponent's total compensation plan is consistent with its expectations of the quality and quantity of work performed and with the professional standards set by Exponent.
