Job Description: MHCGM is seeking an enthusiastic Behavioral Health Therapist to join the dynamic Clinical Case Management (CCM) team! The CCM team provides recovery-oriented services to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and clinical presentations including trauma, thought disorders, mood disorders, and more. This energetic team believes that everyone deserves a life worth living and supports all pathways to recovery using evidence-based practices, creative problem-solving, and flexible approaches! As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team of empathetic direct care professionals committed to improving the health and wellness of their patients. Through the use of strength-oriented evidence-based practices, you will deliver exceptional care that supports patients living with severe mental illness to achieve total wellness!
