This position will be located in MISSISSAUGA, CANADA.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Production Associate Positions Available</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our Production Team and play a hands-on role in transforming recycled aluminum into high-performance products in our <strong>unionized facility</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At REAL ALLOY, we offer <strong>competitive wages, paid vacation, and a best-in-class retirement package</strong>.  Our benefits also include <strong>health, dental, and optical</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Open roles with our Production Team <strong>start at $26.18/hour and increase to $29.09/hour</strong> after 3 months.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday and selected candidates must be available to work each of the following shifts with a 2-week schedule rotation. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.</p>\n<p>3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.</p>\n<p>11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you have industrial manufacturing experience and are a safety-minded individual, we would like to talk to you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply today!</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Production Associate</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Fork-truck operating experience is preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Able to work a 2-week rotational shift (mornings, nights, afternoons).</li>\n <li>Able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.</li>\n <li>Able to maintain awareness of personal surroundings to safely avoid moving mobile equipment driving paths and molten aluminum processing paths.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite</p>\n<h2> </h2>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this classification.
