          "text": "<p>The Fresh Market Lead serves as a liaison between Market team members and the Fresh Market Manager to ensure that merchandise in our Fresh departments are properly stocked and displayed attractively across Eataly’s retail department. The Fresh Market Lead promotes exceptional guest service on the retail team, using interpersonal skills and product knowledge to drive sales and improve guest satisfaction. This position will primarily support our Salumi &amp; Formaggi department, in addition to the rest of the Fresh Market. Reports to the Fresh Market Manager.</p><ul><li>Stocks, rotates and faces products according to department procedure and merchandizing standards</li><li>Collaborates with the Warehouse team to maintain proper stock levels, organizing back stock and warehouse storage effectively and efficiently</li><li>Follows order and inventory procedures and receives deliveries, verifying order and invoice accuracy</li><li>Assists with delegating tasks, supervising, training and motivating Market Associates</li><li>Maintains accurate department signage, pricing and labelling</li><li>Rotates products according to First In First Out (FIFO) standards</li><li>Inspects shelves and immediately removes expired or damaged merchandise</li><li>Communicates grocery needs, adjustments and problems to the Market Manager promptly and efficiently</li><li>Assesses departmental food waste with department heads and diverts waste to donations</li><li>Partners with Guest Relations, Grocery, and Events &amp; Education to coordinate product demos</li><li>Maintains safe and cleanly work conditions and compliance with state and federal regulations</li><li>Performs light cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting and packaging disposal as necessary</li><li>Performs other duties as required or assigned</li></ul>",
