    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Position Summary:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>In support of the Mission, Vision and Values of </span><span>SyBridge</span><span> Technologies Group of Companies</span><span>, the Mold Maker, Leader</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span> </span></span></span><span><span>is responsible for</span><span> running jobs start to finish</span><span>.</span><span>  </span><span>Reporting to the Production Manager,</span></span><span><span> the Mold Maker, Leader</span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span> </span></span></span><span><span>works to ensure accuracy and consistency on jobs to help the team meets or exceeds all goals and </span><span>objectives</span><span> </span><span>required</span><span> from this department.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Attend concept and progress meetings of the assigned Job</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Study and understand the design</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Layout the production plan (routers) with input from the Manufacturing Engineer</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Answering questions relating to quality, delivery and technical questions relating to the job</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Fill out or direct the completion of inspection paperwork</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Understand Project “Deliverables“ report scheduling issues to Production Manager</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Study job ticket and confirm all job requirements</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Make sure that all prints reflect the correct part quantities, spares and (safety </span><span>extra’s</span><span>)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Print control and redlines</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Deliver work to the next work cell/machine</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee machining methods time allotments </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Operation leader for grinding</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Record and </span><span>report</span><span> all errors and Out-Of-Tolerance deviations to Management</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Final fit and assembly / Final Mold Completion Inspection</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Debug of mold after sampling</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Turn in prints and all completed forms at job end</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Post Completion Job review with Manufacturing Engineer and Production Manager</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>QUALIFICATIONS </span><span>AND</span><span> REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE</span></span></span><span><span>:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>EDUCATION</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Certification or College Degree or Equivalent Experience in Mold Manufacturing environment</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>5-10 years of experience running mold making jobs preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><em><span>SyBridge Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of any kind.
