Ensure calibration of mixing equipment as needed.</li><li>Professionally conduct self to ensure customers’ quality and service expectations are met.</li><li>Perform paint mixing and/or shading with utmost care to ensure minimum mis-tints.</li></ul><p><strong>ADDITIONAL DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Know and perform the duties of other store personnel as assigned.</li><li>Assist with inside customer service, as needed, including servicing customers and/or processing their orders.</li><li>Properly dispose of waste cans and product within compliance of Company and Governmental regulations.</li><li>Assist staff with periodic or annual branch/satellite inventories.</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>Employee is required to lift and carry approximately 25 – 50 lbs. frequently; and 75 – 100 lbs. on occasion.</p><p><br/></p><p> The employee will spend approximately 20% of the time sitting, 60% standing, 10% walking, 10% stooping, climbing, and kneeling.  </p><ul><li>Paint Mixers must be able to perceive color differences and wear safety equipment as required.  </li><li>Must be able to tolerate non-toxic paint odors.  </li><li>Must be able to operate a lift truck and hand truck. </li><li>The employee must be licensed and able to operate a car or truck.</li></ul><p><strong>TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>All training is considered \"on-the-job\" training to meet our quality standards.
