Valtir is dedicated to bring the next generation of innovative safety products to an ever-changing market.&nbsp;</p><p>1st Shift: FULL-TIME &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>$3,000 sign on bonus. $1,000 paid out at 30 days, $1,000 paid out at 90 days &amp; $1,000 paid out at 180 days.</p><p>Valtir is hiring a Custodian team member to support our Lima, OH manufacturing facility by performing a combination of duties to maintain the cleanliness of our facility. The role requires a &quot;hands-on&quot; approach to successfully keep buildings and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Duties Include, but not limited to:</u></strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Floor Maintenance: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, floors, and walkways&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Waste Management: emptying trash containers, removing manufacturing scrap and debris, and disposing of hazardous waste according to regulations</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Common Area Sanitation: Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, break rooms, lockers, cafeterias, and offices.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Spill Response: Cleaning up spills, broken glass, or chemical spills immediately to prevent accidents.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Safety Compliance: Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Inventory Management: Restocking supplies (paper towels, soap) and maintaining the inventory of cleaning chemicals and tools.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Inspection: Monitoring facilities to identify and report potential hazards, such as faulty equipment, to supervisors.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Heavy Duty Tasks: Handling chemical cleaning agents and working in environments with high noise levels or extreme temperatures.</p><p><strong><u>Working Environment:</u></strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Conditions can be hot, cold, dirty, and noisy.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>The job is within a fast paced, heavy industrial environment and you may be required to work within various areas of the plant.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be adhered to at all times.
