    "requisitionDescription": "<p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>General Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>Perform a variety of inspections on materials, precision machined components and electrical-mechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with requirements. Use a wide assortment of measuring instruments including hand tools and gauges, vision system equipment. Prepare quality documentation for final shipments per customer requirements. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Specific Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Ability to use inspection gauging and equipment to ensure conformance to all visual and dimensional drawing requirements. Gauging includes but not limited to; calipers, micrometers bore mics, depth, pin, thread and snap gauging. Operate equipment such as; profilometer, optical comparator, Keyence visual measurement system, height gauge, microscope, smart scope, etc. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Perform incoming and receiving inspection to specified requirements.</li><li>Perform inspection of finished details and assemblies to specified requirements.</li><li>Enter inspection results into a variety of data collection tools and databases.</li><li>Inspection of Soldered and brazed assemblies. &nbsp;Candidate requires internal certification for solder inspection.&nbsp;</li><li>Keep accurate records and maintain quality documentation.</li><li>Perform inventory movement transactions in the ERP system and ensure traceability of product.</li><li>Understand the non-conforming material process to ensure control of material.</li><li>Work and communicate with Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing in a clear professional manner. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Write clear material rejection reports that contain problem statements, dimensions, and data.</li><li>Retrieve test data from databases and assemble documentation packages to ship with the product.</li><li>Use of ERP System in order to retrieve quality requirements and perform tasks related to moving product in system.</li><li>Perform tasks as assigned by the Inspection department Supervisor or Quality Manager.</li><li>Support the Company Quality Policy</li><li>Generate FAI documentation to supply to customers with shipments as needed.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Ability to read, and use micrometers, calipers, heigh gage and other measuring instruments</li><li>Ability to read, and understand engineering drawings and related technical documents</li><li>Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&amp;T) principles and their application</li><li>Basic Statistical Process Control and Statistical Fundamentals&nbsp;</li><li>Experienced with ERP systems</li><li>Strong planning and organizational skills</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Good interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong math skills</li><li>Visual Acuity mandatory (ability to visually identify color variations and capsule / tablet irregularities)</li><li>Flexible availability with regards to shift assignments when necessary</li><li>Competent Microsoft Windows-Office and EXCEL applications</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Ability to lift, push or pull packages of up to 40 lbs.</li><li>Ability to work standing for long periods.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Desired Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Basic Statistical Process Control and Statistical Fundamentals</li><li>Minimum 3 years in a precision manufacturing or machining environment</li><li>Experience with computer software like; Statistical Software, Access, advanced Excel</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum education is High School Diploma</li><li>Associates or higher in Technical Discipline/Trade preferred</li><li>Minimum 3 years in a precision manufacturing or machining environment</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;GW Lisk is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
