Description

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales professional to join our team in the Eastern/Midwest region . This role offers access to extensive resources designed to support, motivate, and empower your success, including:

Using a consultative sales approach, the National Account Manager will perform several key activities to develop relationships and establish a strategy to expand market share, including:
Proactively reaching out to large marquee accounts through cold calls, networking, and other prospecting methods to drive business growth. Conducting strategic meetings to identify and meet customers’ needs. Determining inventory allocations for availability and timely delivery. Collaborating closely with local branch teams to ensure seamless execution of fulfillment plans. Generating and analyzing reports to optimize our sales pipeline management. As a pivotal member of our team, the National Account Manager will deliver world-class customer service, drive solution-based sales, and take personal initiative to meet commitments, thereby driving Milestone’s success and fueling our continuous growth.
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the United States Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation/logistics or related industries (8 years preferred). Minimum of 10 years of sales experience. Demonstrated track record in new business development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to present a positive and professional demeanor. Comfortable engaging with customers in face-to-face interactions. Ability to adapt quickly to changing workflows and business needs. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Finance, Management, etc.), preferred or equivalent work experience in the transportation industry Travel Requirements:
75% + domestic travel required Territory covers states: Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida EEO Statement
