    "description": "<h2>Job Purpose</h2>\n<p>As a <strong>Senior Supply Chain Solutions Specialist</strong>, you will build and manage customized supply chain solutions of varying complexities, enabling client delivery across a range of localization and/or data services projects. This may include large-scale cross-functional projects and solutions.  This includes, but is not limited to onboarding and qualification, financials, risk, compliance, contracting, reporting and supplier performance management.</p>\n<p>As a senior member of the team, you may be expected to support, train and/or lead other team members, as well as to proactively review existing processes and propose improvements where applicable. The Delivery team offers clients access to the world’s largest linguistic network, including more than 1,600 in-house translators and in excess of 29,000 freelance specialists, whose cultural and technical expertise underpin 24/7 service provision in over 80 countries.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as an experienced supply chain specialist providing solutions to our internal teams responsible for client delivery.</li>\n <li>Analyze current and future needs on the assigned account or group of accounts and build and/or manage complex customized supply chain solutions with our existing database of global partners and AI Community.</li>\n <li>Work closely with other internal teams as applicable and keep all information accurate and up-to-date at all times.</li>\n <li>Ensure we keep good relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers working on the program you support.</li>\n <li>Provide support to suppliers with client-specific issues and/or processes.</li>\n <li>Proactively flag any risks or potential improvements to our existing workflows and processes, including creation of risk mitigation and/or improvement plans and their implementation</li>\n <li>Provide training and/or guidance to other team members and oversee resourcing on assigned projects including deliverables of other team members.</li>\n <li>Account-specific supplier performance management</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience related to supply chain management / vendor management / project management or similar role, ideally in localization and/or data services industry.</li>\n <li>Ability to take ownership of complex projects and/or initiatives, manage these independently, asking for guidance/support when required.</li>\n <li>Great communication skills, both spoken and written, along with a positive personality.</li>\n <li>Process and results oriented.</li>\n <li>Fluency in English, both spoken and written.</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - e.g. VLOOKUPs.</li>\n <li>Ability to stay organized and prioritize while engaged on multiple projects at once.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with data, analyze it and draw relevant conclusions / provide recommendations and reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Life at RWS</h2>\n<p><strong>Life at RWS </strong><strong>-</strong> If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our purpose is to unlock global understanding.
