This role involves developing and maintaining quality processes, conducting audits, monitoring performance as well as training, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication, team building and problem-solving skills, with a passion for quality and fostering excellence.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li>Conduct Quality Audits: Perform regular audits (internal and external), inspections, and tests to evaluate existing quality systems and identify areas for improvement</li><li>Training and Development: Educate employees on ISO requirements, quality tools, quality standards and best practices through training</li><li>Assists the Site Quality Leadership in maintaining ISO 9001 Certification</li><li>Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance data, compile test data, and prepare reports. Collaborate with teams to identify and address issues, developing action plans</li><li>Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain documentation systems and documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and quality control records, ensuring accuracy and compliance</li><li>Problem Solving and Corrective Action: Investigate and resolve complaints and non-conformances, implementing corrective actions</li><li>Training: Maintain documentation for site training including database.</li></ul>",
