    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Regional Finance Director serves as the senior financial leader for a portfolio of communities with moderate complexity, acting as the face of financial performance for the Regional Team. This role drives profitability and sustainable performance through deep financial insight, strategic guidance, and strong cross‑functional partnership.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The Regional Finance Director possesses strong understanding of financial performance and the operational levers that drive results, including staffing, pricing, capital investment, and cash management.
