      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Perform necessary repairs for commercial properties as described in the scope of work.</li>\n<li>Be the main point of contact for the commercial business customer during the project.</li>\n<li>Estimate materials and labor required to complete projects.</li>\n<li>Communicate with customers before, during, and after projects.</li>\n<li>Be on call for after-hours emergency calls if on rotation.</li>\n<li>Prepare and collect invoices once the job is complete.</li>\n<li>Look for other necessary repairs on properties, i.e., gutters, windows, etc.</li>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures.</li>\n\n</div>"
