    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><span><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Review purchase requisitions and release purchase orders on suppliers.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Collaborate with local and overseas suppliers to ensure availability of material as per execution plan to maintain service level above 95%.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Proactively identifying risks and escalating challenges (if any) to meet expected deliveries.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Periodically reviewing and updating master data including KANBAN maintained in system.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Coordinating with colleagues from planning team to provide them status against pending purchase orders.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Coordinating with colleagues from planning team to provide necessary visibility along with confirmation on technical feasibility while quoting big projects.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Coordinating with global supply chain team, stores, logistic, quality, production, and finance teams to resolve issues related to Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle in casting/forging categories.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Implementing ECN actions in collaboration with other stakeholders.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Identifying challenges in supply chain and working on time bound plans to mitigate the same in coordination with global supply chain team.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Attending internal and external audits.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best lead times and cost (wherever required).</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Prepare and submit monthly / quarterly / annual management information reports related to supply chain.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>To support and motivate team members.</span></span></p></li>\n <li>\n  <p><span><span>Suggesting and implementing improvements in P2P process.</span></span></p></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 36pt\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span><span><strong>Who You Are:&nbsp;</strong></span></span></p>\n<p><span><span>You promote high visibility of shared contributions to goals.
