    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Effectively plans and implements workload for assigned orders ensuring parts, materials and manpower are available for the production floor to perform the work. &nbsp;Provides other support to production and operations as required. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Reviews the Daily Machine Schedule and dispatches operators to machines or work centers</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for ensuring adherence to work instructions, policies, and quality specifications</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for training all operators on the molding floor</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Reviews production, cycle time, down time, and scrap in ERP software to ensure accuracy</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintains and updates production reports, including finished product reporting</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Communicate machine issues to Engineering and Management</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Properly tag/dispose of nonconforming parts</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Review and move finished product to the next department/location</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Follow written and verbal instructions regarding job duties and daily activities</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ensures that all operators are prepared for daily runs including packaging material, blue books, and any requisite tools</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Accountable for various reports, data, and inventory tracking</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain current job traveler visibility on all work centers and stations</p><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>When requested, may work on special projects and various related assignments.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Collaborate with engineering to ensure all preliminary data for machine S/U checklists and machine work order summaries are available</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>May be required to work in various areas of operations when necessary</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Performs other related duties and assignments as required</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>May be required to assist in reclaiming inserts, general clean up and setting up conveyors as needed.</p><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
