    "requisitionDescription": "<h2 id=\"isPasted\">Job Overview</h2><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>This is a union position.</p><p>HealthRight-360, is a 200 bed residential facility for adult men who are in custody and on parole. We provide comprehensive substance use disorder and mental health services. Treatment episode ranges in time from 6 months to 12 months. HealthRight-360 is a fast-based environment where communication is paramount in order to provide cutting edge services to men in a residential treatment setting as well as their families. Our goal is to reintegrate persons served back into the community with the necessary skills to remain substance and crime free.</p><p>Monitors are responsible for maintaining and assessing the safety and security of the program and residents while providing a supportive treatment environment. Through effective communication, Monitors relay relevant information to other staff members of the interdisciplinary team and performs crisis intervention as needed. Monitors ensure that the treatment environment is safe and welcoming.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Remains alert during the entire shift.</li><li>Performs house runs to ensure and maintain accountability of all clients and the safety and security of the facility.</li><li>Coordinates fire watch with residents.</li><li>Performs crisis intervention and communicates with treatment team as unforeseen situations arise.</li><li>Documents client updates and incidents in the facility log daily.</li><li>Performs CPR and First Aid as needed.</li><li>May work weekends and holidays as needed.</li><li>Ensure all house laundry is completed.</li><li>Appropriately files any outstanding paperwork.</li><li>Maintains tracking sheet and sends to the appropriate departments before the end of the shift.</li><li>Attends required trainings and meetings.</li></ul><p>And, other duties as assigned.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2>Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</h2><p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>First Aid Certified</li><li>CPR Certified</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Must not be on active parole or probation</li><li>Ability to pass and maintain a CDCR security clearance, includes FBI and DOJ</li></ul><p>In compliance with the California Department of Public Health&#39;s mandate, all employees must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
