    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>IT Testing Engineer II</strong></p><p><strong>About the Position:&nbsp;</strong>The IT Testing Engineer II will execute performance testing on multiple different applications and lines of business.<strong>&nbsp;</strong>Performance testing includes gathering test requirements, preparing a detailed Test Strategy Plan, developing and executing test scripts, preparing results reports, and updating defect tickets.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Gather requirements and scenarios from Development Team, Business Analyst and other stakeholders.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Work closely with Project Management Team during design phase.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Prepare detailed Performance Test Strategy Plan document.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Develop and execute scripts in JMeter/VSTS.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Capture requests through JMeter/Fiddler/BlazeMeter extension based on the application configuration and environment.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Customize the scripts using JavaScript/Groovy based on the application functionality to simulate load test.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Execute SQL queries for bulk test data and update them accordingly.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Perform dry run to determine new baseline under low-load and compare against high-load.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Execute Component, Endurance testing for new API services and Load Testing for end-to-end Web application.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Monitor tests and troubleshoot the application issues using AppDynamics.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Monitor the heap and non-heap memory, thread activities(deadlocks) for JVM on Out of Memory Issue.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Work closely with both the system management and software development teams to identify root causes of issues and performance improvements.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Work on ADO and JIRA for defects.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Prepare Performance Final Summary Executive report for the conducted load test.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Develop, update and maintain quality testing standards and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Communicate effectively with customers and software vendors as appropriate.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Follow standard testing methodology frameworks.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Determine and meet time estimates and schedules for testing efforts.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Preparation of Defect Status Reports and Daily/Weekly Status Reports.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Triage and solve complex problems using structured troubleshooting methodologies.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Work independently as well as work collaboratively in a team environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Minimum 8 years of experience within quality assurance and performance testing sectors.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Experience with AppDynamics,&nbsp;<span lang=\"EN-IN\">Load Runner (HTTP/AJAX TruClient/RDP Protocol), Neo Load (Web and API services), Apache JMeter (Web and API services), Fiddler, BlazeMeter, VSTS, JavaScript.</span></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Ability to design, develop, test and debug tests cases/Scripts/plans/strategy documents.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Knowledge of Health Insurance Industry - Claims processing, PBM, ICD 10, NCPDP, CMS, Medicare, or Medicaid.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Solid experience in writing SQL statements for data validations.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Knowledge of MS Azure DevOps, Jira, or other defect management systems.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Document and interpret business and technical requirements for testing utilizing various development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Iterative, Waterfall, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Extensive experience in Test Management tools building Test Plans and Test Cases using MS Excel and Azure DevOps (VSTS).</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Effective communication skills to articulate testing result data to multiple audiences.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Working knowledge of industry standard automated testing tools, practices, and software and/or Performance testing tools.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and team members.</li></ul><p><strong>Flexible Working</strong></p><p>Enjoy the convenience of working from home and maximize your time by unplugging at the end of your workday.&nbsp;</p><p>Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.&nbsp; For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
