The Opportunity
As the Sr. Marketing Specialist – Power Providers, you will have the opportunity to:
Ensure delivery of Enterprise Marketing strategic plans, positioning the BV brand and promoting our full portfolio of solutions while supporting pipeline growth through qualified leads.
Serve as a marketing partner supporting Power Providers, gaining direct exposure to one of BV’s largest and most strategic client segments.

The Team
Black & Veatch’s Enterprise Evolution team consists of critical functions focused on identifying market opportunities and bringing together our client-facing and growth efforts.
This role provides hands-on experience across campaigns, events, and client-facing marketing, while working closely with senior leaders and building strategic marketing expertise. It will report to the Head of Marketing for Power Providers and Construction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage implementation of enterprise marketing strategy.
Coordinate with functional teams to execute campaigns.
Support client-facing marketing activities, including industry events, association engagement, and coordination with account teams.
Manage event and campaign deliverables with our creative, marketing communications, social media, digital, and analytics teams (including booth, signage, social, collateral, content, and more).
Ensure brand integrity across client-facing efforts.
Track association engagement and impact.
Manage, analyze and qualify lead generation results in conjunction with Marketing Lead and Demand Generation teams. Understand the impact of campaign efforts and adjust accordingly.
Develop, track, and report on KPIs.

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills — ability to effectively work across diverse teams and geographic locations is a must.
Understands integrated marketing mix to support digital and traditional marketing efforts.
Customer-first mentality in how we market and promote our services and offerings.
Continuously explores new and innovative ways to deliver smarter, more effective campaigns, including with AI.
Execution-focused mindset, with exceptional attention to detail.
Familiarity with energy markets preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field; or equivalent experience
Experience:
6+ years related experience All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
