The position ensures the accuracy of forecast consolidation, production visibility for exporting zones, and inventory optimization at destination markets to maximize service levels, working capital efficiency, and EBITDA performance.</p><p>In addition, the role is responsible for <b>portfolio management governance</b>, ensuring the right SKU footprint, assortment optimization, lifecycle management, and launch readiness  (RFS) across imported brands and special commercial platforms.</p><p>A key part of the role is the <b>planning and governance of KPIs</b>, including the design of KPI frameworks, target setting, scenario-based performance planning, reporting automation, and driving corrective actions through cross-functional PMOs and continuous improvement initiatives.</p><div></div><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>1) International Supply Planning &amp; S&amp;OP Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Lead the end-to-end international flow planning process across exporting and importing zones.</li><li>Own the monthly production requirement calculations for exporting zones to ensure optimal supply coverage over the next <b>18 months</b>.</li><li>Oversee generation and governance of LE templates, ensuring correct portfolio footprint, data structure, master data and forecast assumptions.</li><li>Consolidate all forecast submissions from importing zones and validate data consistency, key volume changes, and exception risks.</li><li>Act as the primary planning strategy &amp; performance contact for exporting zones <b>EUR, MAZ, NAZ, APAC and SAZ.</b></li><li>Ensure exporting zones receive timely and accurate planning signals to support production scheduling and brewery allocation decisions.</li><li>Lead the <b>S&amp;OP/MPR routines</b>, ensuring deck readiness, data quality, stakeholder alignment, and action follow-up.</li><li>Facilitate executive discussions on risks, sourcing projects, opportunities, supply constraints, and allocation priorities.</li></ul><div></div><p><b>2) Portfolio Management &amp; Commercial Readiness</b></p><ul><li>Own the <b>international imported SKU portfolio governance process</b>, ensuring the right assortment is available by market, channel, and lifecycle stage.</li><li>Lead <b>portfolio rationalization and optimization initiatives</b>, balancing service, freshness, complexity, profitability and logistics cost.</li><li>Drive SKU lifecycle planning, including <b>new product launches, commercial platforms, seasonal events, innovation rollouts, and delistings </b>via the RFS process.
