    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The Pharmacist reports to the Director of Pharmacy, this position is responsible for providing quality pharmaceutical care for the patients of The Stamford Hospital with an emphasis on accuracy and patient safety.&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>Schedule: 37.5 hours a week.
