In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions, combining our in-house product suite with the latest commercial technologies to meet complex customer needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll also contribute to the evolution of Envitia’s internal capability, shaping innovative frameworks, methodologies, and concept demonstrators that drive our technical excellence. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience in national security environments who’s ready to take ownership, influence change, and make a real impact.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather and analyse client requirements, translating them into tailored solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop technical strategies and advisory artefacts to support organisational change. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end delivery of modern solution architectures across various technologies and platforms. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical leadership in solution reviews, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the design of cross-cutting managed services for Envitia and its clients. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential market impact. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all solutions align with Envitia’s architecture policies and standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop cost models, risk assessments, and business cases for proposed solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills Required </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential: </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks and cloud architecture solutions. </li>\n<li>Experience in requirement elicitation, management, and translation into solution designs. </li>\n<li>Expertise in AWS cloud platform, with AWS certifications preferred. </li>\n<li>Knowledge of legacy and modern technology stacks. </li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes). </li>\n<li>Experience integrating Azure and AWS native applications with COTS solutions. </li>\n<li>Experience leading solution development in pre-sales, including proposal writing and client presentations. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable  </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any AWS Professional, Associate or Speciality Certifications </li>\n<li>Architectural certifications including TOGAF, Zachman or ArchiMate. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security Clearance Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The successful candidate must hold a current high level security clearance. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>It is anticipated the role will require up to 80% (4d/wk) onsite working at client location in Cheltenham, London or Manchester. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What it's like to work at Envitia</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Envitia, we believe that our greatest asset is our talented and dedicated team.
