Community health/hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the State. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Comply with accepted professional standards and practice.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess and maintain current CPR certification.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Understand philosophy of hospice concept.
