    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>PURPOSE</strong></p><p>As a Feed Delivery Driver at Central Valley Ag, you will be responsible for delivering great customer service by the delivery of feed products to customers.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for prompt feed delivery in bulk, bag or liquid.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs daily truck inspections with documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Filling out DOT and maintenance logs.</li><li>Maintains and services feed truck to make sure it is in proper working order. &nbsp;</li><li>Assists in monitoring inventories of bulk, liquid, and bagged feed.&nbsp;</li><li>Follows policies and procedures of HACCP program.&nbsp;</li><li>Helps with the loading of feed products for customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists with scale and counter operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports feed sales and marketing efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Helps manage and conduct inventory.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates customer complaints to supervisor.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides excellent customer service and customer relations.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs general maintenance of buildings, equipment and vehicles, including necessary documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains professional appearance and cleanliness of trucks.</li><li>Assists in ensuring that paperwork is completed accurately and timely.&nbsp;</li><li>Comply with current Central Valley Ag credit policies.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains and promotes a safe work environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists other divisions and locations as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>There are no supervisory roles with the position.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE</strong></p><ul><li>1 to 3 years driving experience.</li><li>High School or GED diploma.</li><li>Class A and/or Class B CDL and training in OSHA and DOT requirements. &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to communicate in a professional manner and establish effective working relationships with internal operations and external customers. &nbsp;</li><li>Good basic mechanical skills.</li><li>Works in a way that demonstrates safety is a priority. &nbsp;Promotes a work environment that is safe for everyone.&nbsp;</li><li>We value the highest ethical standard-our word is our bond.</li><li>Can plan, prioritize, organize and manage resources in order to accomplish jobs within the defined timetable.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to multi-task several assignments simultaneously and establish job priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Works well with others&nbsp;to achieve a common goal.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Central Valley Ag</strong><br>Central Valley Ag is a farmer-owned cooperative headquartered in York, Neb.
