Assignments are completed first time.</p></li><li><p style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;text-autospace:none;\">Corrective work orders are completed in a timely manner. 95% of preventive work orders completed during assigned period.</p></li><li><p style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;text-autospace:none;\">Assist in maintaining adequate levels of supplies and parts.&nbsp; Appropriately order necessary stock for proper functioning of building maintenance or plant operations.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;text-autospace:none;\">Monitor and document in-coming water quality; chemically adjust as necessary.</p></li><li><p style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;text-autospace:none;\">Respond to building climate changes – maintain the highest air quality possible.</p></li><li><p style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;text-autospace:none;\">Has a complete understanding and complies with all United Regional Infection Control, Safety, and Departmental policies.</p></li><li><p style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;text-autospace:none;\">Performs all other tasks/responsibilities as necessary.</p></li></ul>",
