    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Responsible for operating the employee shuttle and acting as a back-up for the Guest Tram drivers as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a seasonal position lasting for the 2026 operating season only. Seasonal associates are let go for a period of no less than 13 weeks at the end of the 2026 operating season.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>• Safely transport team members and guests to and from the parking lots operated by Six Flags Discovery Kingdom a timely, safe and courteous manner• Maintain driver logs and complete pre-trip inspections• Follow all Six Flags Operational Procedures and QC Standards• Adhere to all safety requirements particular to the equipment, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations• Maintain the service and appearance of the shuttle to include: assisting with cleaning and reporting required maintenance to management• Follow pickup instructions from Dispatcher and/or Security Personnel• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor or Manager</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<p>• Positive attitude </p>\n<p>• Excellent verbal communication </p>\n<p>• Professional appearance </p>\n<p>•Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment </p>\n<p>•Strong customer service orientation. </p>\n<p>•Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers </p>\n<p>•An ability to function well as part of a team </p>\n<p>•Diligent attention to detail </p>\n<p>•Diligent attention to safety </p>\n<p>•Must hold a valid California Commercial Class A or Class B Driver’s License with passenger endorsement</p>\n<p>•Must have a driving record in Good Standing. To be in Good Standing Driver must present a current DMV printout report with none of the violations below: </p>\n<p>•No major violations (DWI, homicide, reckless driving, drugs, leaving the scene) within the last three years. </p>\n<p>•Can not have two or more other moving violations and one at fault accident in the last three years. </p>\n<p>•Can not have three or more other moving violations in the last three years. </p>\n<p>•Can not have Two or more at fault accidents in the last three years with no moving violations. </p>\n<p>•High School Diploma or equivalent </p>\n<p>• Must be 18 years or older </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands of Work Environment:</strong>• Frequent use of foot/feet to operate foot pedal/s on equipment and trucks• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 90 lbs• Exposure to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas and/or fumes• Sit up for eight hours a day• Must possess the physical and mental abilities to respond to situations quickly• Must have ability to work indoors and outdoors and in all weather conditions• Must have the ability to stand, walk and run for periods of time, as well as bend, squat, kneel and stoop when needed• Must be able to read, write and clearly speak English• Must be comfortable working with and interacting with guests</p>\n<p><strong>Safety Sensitive Position</strong></p>",
