The Director oversees the staff and programs of the Student Achievement Team. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the 4 year academic support and advising program for ATSU-SOMA students, from pre-matriculation through graduation.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the 4 year career counseling and advising program for ATSU-SOMA students, from pre-matriculation through graduation.&nbsp;</li><li>Track and support students in need of additional academic support or other types of support to enhance their likelihood of success at ATSU-SOMA</li><li>Counsel students needing improvement in academic or professional performance</li><li>Participate in the development and delivery of DEI based support and curriculum for ATSU-SOMA students, faculty, and staff</li><li>Support the resources developed by the Student Achievement Team including, but not limited to: ATSU SOMAGo app, SAT Website, ProgressIQ for student support and advising, Advisor Handbook, Board preparation materials.</li><li>Participate in the production of the MSPE for graduating students&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in Professional Development on campus and through national conferences as applicable to the work of the SAT</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Director, Student Achievement Team</li></ul>",
