    "description": "<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>RS&H is currently seeking an airfield engineering associate to join our passionate aviation team in Indianapolis, IN. You’ll work in an office with your team to create civil projects for airports throughout the U.S. You will use AutoCAD every day to create plans, including geometric design. Projects you will work on under the guidance of more senior engineers include runways, taxiways, and aprons; bituminous and concrete pavement design; and stormwater and utility infrastructure design. You’ll occasionally (<25%) travel to coordinate with airports, airlines, the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA), and construction management to better understand project details.  </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Requirements </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Here’s what you need to be successful: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>You have a bachelor’s degree in <strong>civil engineering</strong> from an ABET-accredited university.  </li>\n <li>You are willing to dive in and learn different software platforms such as AutoCAD. </li>\n <li>You have critical thinking skills. You don’t need to know how to do everything independently, but you must be willing to ask why when you don’t understand.  </li>\n <li>You enjoy working with a team and have the experience to prove it. We are very collaborative; every project is the whole group’s responsibility. We dig in and get it done together.  </li>\n <li>Your attention to detail and accuracy are crucial. You are drawing plans for aviation infrastructure.
