Our products are specified, sold, and installed throughout North America and in more than 100 international markets.</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Under the direction of the appropriate manager, the<strong>&nbsp;Production Foreman&nbsp;</strong>is responsible for the supervision and performance of the department personnel assigned and determination of job priorities. Job duties include:</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\"><strong>Location: Pell City, AL</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\"><strong>Full-time: M-T 6:00am - 4:40pm</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\"><strong><u>What you will do:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Supervise all department personnel assigned and conduct periodic performance reviews. Make recommendations concerning employee promotions and transfers.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Ensure that all assigned employees are following all safety guidelines and that all equipment in use meets all safety standards. Investigate accidents promptly. Identify unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions quickly and effectively.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Ensure quality levels meet or exceed specified requirements on all parts produced and/or shipped.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Enforce all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations and render appropriate discipline when required.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Determine and adjust job priorities in assigned department based on production control schedules. Plan and schedule required manpower as necessary to complete assigned work on time. Issue daily work assignments. Monitor employee productivity levels and take corrective action when levels are not up to expectations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Participate in programs such as cost reduction methods, quality improvement, LEAN, communications, safety, and housekeeping.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Ensure production and inventory information is reported accurately and timely.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Oversee skill training for new employees and current employees learning new tasks or skills.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\"><strong><u>Non-Essential Functions</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Continually strive for improved employee morale and performance. Maintain neat and orderly facilities and work areas.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Issue purchase requisitions in a timely manner to maintain appropriate level of department supply items.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Exercise cost control and promote cost consciousness.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">Perform other duties and assignments as designated by supervisor.</li></ul></div><p style=\"line-height: 1;\"><strong><u>What you&rsquo;ll need:</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; line-height: 1;\">High school graduate or equivalent is required.
