This new Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) will promote automation and streamlined processes that support interoperability and data sharing among the various State agencies that touch Medicaid. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) provides enhanced matching funds for modules that can be certified as having met the national standards developed for a module.&nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin:0cm;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style=\"font-size:15px;color:black;\">Louisiana&rsquo;s Office of Technical Services (OTS) owns the State&rsquo;s Enterprise Architecture (EA) that provides the interface capabilities to link the MES modules.
