    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What to expect of your role:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This dynamic VIP Manager role offers you the opportunity to represent our brand at the highest level, manage one-on-one relationships with our VIP player portfolio, and develop data-driven strategies using your analytical thinking skills. This role involves not only individual customer management but also contributes to growth activities focused on targets (KPIs). You will be part of a results-driven and highly motivated team where you can take initiative and make an impact.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Please note: This role operates on a shift-based schedule. Office presence is required for all shifts except night shifts.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you need to succeed in this role:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong communication and persuasion skills; preferably experience in sales, marketing, or similar fields;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work in a shift-based structure and attend the office for all shifts except night shifts;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Self-discipline to adapt to a shift-based working structure, including both office-based and remote (night shift) conditions;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proactive and result-oriented work habits;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in data analysis tools, especially Core and Quicksight.
