    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Description: </strong></p><p>Perform embroidery processes in areas of competency and in accordance with the production traveler. &nbsp;</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Duties: </strong></p><p>&bull; Read production floor traveler and perform embroidery processes according to specifications. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Understand and adhere to Burlington Medical Quality Standards. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ensure orders are complete and error free prior to sending the product to the next workstation. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Process orders on a first in/ first out basis or as directed by supervisor to maximize flow. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Clarify with Quality Inspector, customer service, and/or supervisor any questions regarding work to be&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; performed. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ensure work area is safe and free of hazards. Maintain work area in accordance with Company 5S&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; standards. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Perform and document assigned preventive maintenance. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Assist in the Burlington Medical Continuous Improvement program by communicating ideas and/or&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp; procedures that will improve safety, quality, and/or productivity. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Additional job duties as may be assigned as necessary by management.&nbsp;</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Skills/Qualifications: </strong></p><p>&bull; Must have good interpersonal/communication skills and be a team player &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Computer literacy &ndash; ability to locate/create embroidery files and download to embroidery machine &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to read and interpret factory work orders in English (detailed oriented) &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Ability to work independently and follow through with all assignments &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Must be able to lift 50 lbs. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; High School Diploma or GED &nbsp;</p><p>&bull; Experience with Tajima 15 needle Embroidery machine preferred.&nbsp;</p>\n<br/>2:45 PM - 11:15 PM  Monday - Thursday, 12:15 PM - 8:15 PM Friday",
