    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Since its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties has established itself as a leading real estate development and property management company. </p>\n<p>With corporate headquarters in New Jersey, the company is on a course of growth leading to activities across the nation. </p>\n<p>Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years. </p>\n<p>Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We're currently seeking a <strong>Landscaping Crew Member</strong> for our Excavation Department. </p>\n<p>This position will work in<strong> New Jersey (Multiple site locations). </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>\n<p>We are seeking dependable and motivated <strong>Landscaping Laborer</strong> to join our New Jersey operations. </p>\n<p>This position involves weekly property maintenance and landscape work at residential, commercial, and multi-family sites. </p>\n<p>Candidates should be reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform weekly landscape maintenance including:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing</li>\n  <li>Bed maintenance and weed control</li>\n  <li>Mulching and seasonal clean-ups</li>\n </ul>\n <li>Assist with landscape installations such as plants, shrubs, and sod</li>\n <li>Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)</li>\n <li>Follow job schedules and work efficiently as part of a crew</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and professional job site</li>\n <li>Adhere to company safety policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior landscaping experience preferred </li>\n <li>Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions</li>\n <li>Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented</li>\n <li>Willingness to learn and take direction from crew leaders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Snow Removal Responsibilities (Landscaping Laborer)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform snow removal services during winter weather events</li>\n <li>Shovel sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and emergency access areas</li>\n <li>Apply salt and ice melt to paved surfaces as directed</li>\n <li>Assist plow truck and skid steer operators by clearing tight areas and obstacles</li>\n <li>Load and unload snow removal tools and materials</li>\n <li>Work safely in cold, icy, and low-visibility conditions</li>\n <li>Respond to snow events during early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required</li>\n <li>Follow all safety procedures and directions from Crew Leaders or Supervisors</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Snow Removal Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Availability for on-call snow response during winter months</li>\n <li>Ability to perform strenuous physical labor in cold weather</li>\n <li>Dependable transportation during snow events</li>\n <li>Prior snow removal experience preferred but not required (training provided)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with commercial properties</li>\n <li>Experience operating zero-turn mowers or other power equipment</li>\n <li>Irrigation knowledge is a plus</li>\n <li>Spanish/English bilingual a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In return, we offer competitive compensation, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental and vision benefits, life insurance, </p>\n<p>a 401(k) with company match and a corporate team environment with opportunity of advancement.
